To reduce unwanted body fat and build strong muscles, it is important to exercise gradually and consistently. Furthermore, you don't necessarily need to go to the gym to work out; you can easily exercise right at home before starting your daily routine. When it comes to doing home workouts and building muscle, we cannot leave out BTS Jung Kook, who is not only talented in the arts but also maintains a well-proportioned, sculpted physique. Since his workouts are easy for anyone to follow right at home, we'd love to share some of the routines he frequently recommends for building muscle.
While K-pop idol Jung Kook also works out at a gym, many fans follow the simple home workouts he has shared in interviews. His routines focus primarily on full-body strength and feature simple movements that can be maintained consistently over the long term. So, put on some comfortable clothes, find a clear and spacious spot, and let's try these exercises together:

Squats: Place your feet shoulder-width apart, puff out your chest, and bend your knees in line with your toes. You can do a total of 100 reps, broken down into sets of 20 with 30 to 60 seconds of rest in between.
Core Exercise: Focus on your abdominal muscles and perform them slowly. Whether doing leg raises or sit-ups, prioritize form over speed and aim for 30 repetitions.

Lunges: Step forward with one foot and bend both knees to about a 90-degree angle before returning to the starting position. Keep your upper body straight, and make sure your front foot stays flat on the floor. Do 2 sets of 20 reps per leg.
Plank: Lie facedown keeping your body in a straight line from your head to your heels, and prop yourself up on your elbows placed directly under your shoulders. Since holding a plank for a minute can be difficult at first, start with 20 to 30 seconds and gradually increase the time.

Side Plank: Hold your body sideways in a straight line. Keep your feet together and lift your hips. You can hold this for 1 minute per side, or bend your knees to maintain balance if needed.
Burpees: From a standing position, drop down into a plank position, perform a push-up, jump your feet back in together, and leap straight up into the air. You can do 15 repetitions, though beginners should take it slow and only do as many as their stamina allows.
By trying out Jung Kook's simple exercises, you will gradually notice improvements—such as being able to do more reps, holding planks longer, and building better endurance—allowing you to encourage yourself and keep going step-by-step. Most importantly, remember that you are working out for your own health and fitness, rather than trying to look exactly like a celebrity!
